A political newcomer’s seven-vote upset of a veteran Indiana state lawmaker last month goes before the Indiana Recount Commission on Tuesday.
The hearings, expected to last up to three days, will address findings of the State Board of Accounts in the Nov. 7 race between Elrod, a Republican, and Ed Mahern, the defeated Democratic incumbent.
