Based on the ridiculous and extraordinary assertions that IIS documents - translated and posted to the internet by the US Gov - represent a national security threat because they purportedly show how to build a nuke.
What they do in fact show is that Saddam was very close to having his own when Bush pulled the trigger in 2003.
