Remember Duncan Hunter?

They're asking, in light of what happened last Tuesday, who you'd most like to see on the ballot in two years. I was pleased to see Huckabee's name, Condi's is not given. I must admit, middlin' politico that I am, I didn't at first remember who Duncan Hunter is. A quick perusal of search results brought me to this remarkable house resolution that he sponsored......

For all the press' screaming about how things had gone so wrong, the entire congress knew then that it would have been political suicide to actually and openly vote for such a thing! Just one year ago (Nov '05)... so much for Rove's machiavellian genius. I think this could have been handled. The only three that voted "YES" to removing the troops from Iraq were; McKinney, Serrano, and Wexler.
